The service dogs were used to generate awareness of "ilovemypetbecuase.com," a nationwide program developed for Summit VetPharm, Fort Lee, New Jersey. The online program encourages pet owners to post photos and comments about their pet along with name of their veterinarian for a chance to win $1,000 for both pet owner and veterinarian. All hits to the site provide future funding for operations for the New Horizon Service Dog program.
